Extended Access

We have provided access to General Practice Services with Evening and Weekend Appointments since March 31, 2018

Hertsmere residents can get Evening & Weekend GP appointments via our special “access hubs” throughout the borough.

If you are registered with a GP and need to see someone outside of normal opening hours, the practice will offer you the next available appointment at a GP access hub.

Consent

The GP who you have an appointment with will be able to access a summary of medical records with your permission.

All appointments will be booked through our Reception Staff and are available at these practices in Hertsmere:

• Schopwick Surgery
• Parkfield Medical Centre
• Highview Medical Centre
• The Grove Medical Centre
• Fairbrook Medical Centre
• Annandale Medical Centre
