Booking Online
You can book a GP appointment online through the NHS App.
If you have a Patient Access account, you can continue to use it.
Please note that appointments with nurses and HCAs cannot be booked online and must be booked by telephone or in person.
Booking by Telephone
You can book an appointment with anyone by telephoning your usual surgery:

Please note that at busy times we receive a huge volume of calls and may not be able to answer your call straight away. If you are having trouble getting through, we recommend booking your appointment online, if this is possible.
Booking in Person
You can also book an appointment with anyone at the surgery reception.
SMS Text Message Reminder Service
If we have your mobile phone number in our records we will send you a text message reminder of your appointment 24 hours beforehand. If you wish to opt out of this service please let us know.
