Following recent changes to NHS guidelines we will be relaxing use of face coverings within the practice. From now onwards:
- Patients will no longer be asked to wear face coverings when entering the surgery. The exception to this will be those attending with coughs or suspected chest infections.
- Patients are free to wear masks within the practice if they wish and/or ask clinicians to wear them whilst being seen whether due to personal preference or underlying health condition.
These changes will be under constant review based on any changes to national guidelines.
We welcome these changes as life continues to return to normal.
