Patient Access

Through the online Patient Access service you can:

  • Book & Cancel appointments with your GP
  • View and order your repeat prescriptions
  • Check & update your personal details
  • View the information held in your medical record

To use this service you will need to register for a Patient Access account. You can do this online by following the step-by-step instructions given using the button below:

How to Register for Patient Access

If you already have a Patient Access account, you can sign in using the button below:

Sign in to Patient Access

In the yellow box on the right, enter your User ID and the Password you chose when registering, and then click “Sign In”.

Once you have signed in you will be able to complete a variety of things online include requesting repeat prescriptions and booking & cancelling appointments.
