You can view and order your repeat prescriptions online through the Patient Access service. To use this service, you will need to have registered for a Patient Access account and have full functionality.
Already have a Full Patient Access Account?
Simply sign in to Patient Access using the button below and click Make a Request in the Repeat Prescriptions section. Select the medication(s) you require and click Submit Request. You can also include an accompanying message if you wish.

If you do not have a Patient Access account, you can find out more about the service and how to register for an account online on our Patient Access page.
If your Patient Access account is restricted to booking appointments only, you will need to upgrade to a full account to request repeat prescriptions via the service. To find out more, see our Patient Access page.

You can also request a repeat prescription without having a full Patient Access account by completing our online Repeat Prescription Request Form at the following link:
Written Requests in Person, by Post or Fax
You can make you request in writing and put it in the prescription request box at the reception desk. Alternatively you may post your request to us or send it to us by fax. Addresses and fax numbers can be found on our Contact Us page.
You should include your name, date of birth and the item(s) you require. We also ask that you indicate where you would like to collect your prescription from. Please ensure that your request is clearly legible: If we cannot read your request, we cannot process it.
Please note that we do not accept prescription requests over the telephone.
Via a Local Pharmacy
You may also be able to request your repeat prescriptions via your local pharmacy. Ask at the pharmacy whether they are able to offer you this service. If so, you can then submit your request to them via telephone or in person, and they will pass on your request to us.
