You can request a repeat prescription without having a full Patient Access account by completing our online Repeat Prescription Request Form at the following link:
Written Requests in Person or by Post
You can make your request in writing and put it in the prescription request box at the reception desk. Alternatively you may post your request to us. Addresses can be found on our Contact Us page.
You should include your name, date of birth and the item(s) you require. We also ask that you indicate where you would like to collect your prescription from. Please ensure that your request is clearly legible: If we cannot read your request, we cannot process it.
Please note that we do not accept prescription requests over the telephone.
Via a Local Pharmacy
You may also be able to request your repeat prescriptions via your local pharmacy. Ask at the pharmacy whether they are able to offer you this service. If so, you can then submit your request to them via telephone or in person, and they will pass on your request to us.
