We offer a 24-hour blood pressure monitoring service, also known as ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM). This involves being fitted with a small digital blood pressure machine which measures and records your blood pressure at regular intervals over a 24 hour period. You will need to be referred for this service.
If you are referred for 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, you will need to make an appointment to have the blood pressure machine fitted and a subsequent appointment the following day to download the results. These appointments are run by Sister Lewis or our HCA Jane Griffin, and take place at Gateways surgery.
